A leadership toolbox

As an enabler, a leadership toolbox with a set of instruments can help the organisation to bring about such a common language at the individual level, at the team level and at the organisational level. It seems needless to stress that it is not the language that is the important thing, but the fact that everyone can understand each other. It is not the toolset that is the important thing, but the fact that it leads to the use of the same language which helps the people to communicate clearly about leadership. Alignment across the organisation on some rules, processes and tools is important to enable the processes to be interlinked.
